By Contemplating nothingness [that is to say, cold, dark, static emptiness], we come to the undeniable conclusion that warm, light, active presence absolutely does exist. With this absolute reality we also can see that not only does warm, light, active presence necessarily exist, but everything in reality is comprised of warmth, light, activity and presence.
Collectively, we can refer to this warm, light, active presence as "All."
Cold, dark, static emptiness ("Not") cannot exist. Warm, light, active presence ("All") does exist. Warmth, light, activity and presence are therefore the fundamental building blocks of reality. Anything you can sense is made of these basic building blocks.
Everything that exists is made of these fundamental building blocks. This includes, rocks, trees, stars, you and me. It is in the warm, light, active presence of the basis of reality that we find absolute unity.
