The Landscape of Being

The Sea of Self is the portal which connects the depths of the Self to the “real” World. In the Ascent from Not, it is our first contact with the Landscape of Being. In the Descent to Not, it is the last layer of the Landscape of Being to be removed before drop into the deep Well of the Self. The Sea of Self is the great sea of our own Spirit-Consciousness. It represents both our surface Self and everything deep within. But rising from the depths of the Sea of Self is not a one-way trip. We can, and should, visit the depths of this sea often.
